Send the URL. That is enough.

A teardown is three things that are in the way, and which number fits. No invoice.

Most owners know the site is in the way. They do not know if it is a $2,900 job or a $7,900 one. That is the first thing to say out loud.

Send the current URL, the city, and how people book. We write back with three things: what a person on a phone cannot do, what Google cannot read, and which number fits. No work starts.

If you do not have a site, say that. The teardown is then the facts you already print — hours, prices, the booker — and whether Basic or Advanced holds them.
